Are you interested in volunteering at the farm. From the founders, the board of directors, to those that assist with the daily chores – every task for the sanctuary is completed by volunteers.  Not only can individuals volunteer, but we are also happy to have groups who want to complete their service projects or students who want to fulfill service hours.

• Pasture and Paddock Clean up
• Fence Repair and Painting
• Plant and Maintain flower beds
• Cleaning Feed Buckets and Troughs
• Feed the Animals
• Landscaping
• General Clean Up

On occasion there is various farm work that needs to be done such as grooming horses, bringing horses in to feed and mucking stalls, all which involve working directly with the horses.  For the safety of the animals and volunteers, 1-2 year’s experience working directly with the horses is required and references must be provided. Please include experience and references when completing the Volunteer Information Form.

Do you love being a part of the coordination of special events?  Are you looking to volunteer at an event every once in a while?  Do you specialize in marketing or writing grants? Serenity Oaks has events that are offered both on site and in the community and are always looking for help in these areas.

The Release of Liability Form MUST be completed before volunteering. Please print, complete and bring with you the first time you volunteer at the farm.
